Bullitt Racing is pleased to confirm that Romain Monti and Alex Lambertz will be returning for the sixth and final race of the 2019 GT4 European Series at Nürburgring in the #66 Mercedes-AMG.
The pairing sees 21-year old Lambertz (GER) join 28-year old Monti (FR) for a third time this season with Bullitt Racing, having raced at both Misano and Zandvoort rounds. Having delivered a faultless performance for an overall victory at a scorching Misano in July, the duo were unable to continue their red hot streak at the Dutch circuit, coming away disappointed after an early end to their weekend.
Joining the established crew of team owner Stephen Pattrick and pro-driver Andy Meyrick in the Pro-Am class, the whole team will be looking to end their 2019 GT4 European Series on a high.
Stephen Pattrick: “We’re pleased to welcome back Romain and Alex to the Bullitt Racing team for the final round of the GT4 European Series. With Zandvoort not going quite to plan, we are hoping they have another performance like Misano. I know they will be pushing hard, so I am looking forward to seeing what we can do as a team in the last round.”
Romain Monti: “As always I am very happy to join Bullitt Racing for an extra race, and especially for the final of the championship. We will try to build on our double podium at Misano to achieve a good result at Alex’s home track!”
Alex Lambertz: “I am really looking forward to my home race at Nürburgring with Bullitt Racing. We will try everything we can to build on our Misano podium. It won’t be easy, but I’m happy to team up with Romain again. On to a good weekend!”
